Terms of Use

1.1. The use of materials and services of the Site is regulated by the norms of current legislation of Ukraine.

1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. By gaining access to the Site materials, the User is considered to have joined this Agreement.

1.3. The Site Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes come into force after 3 (three) days from the date of posting the new version of the Agreement on the site. If the User disagrees with the changes made, they must refuse access to the Site, stop using the materials and services of the Site.

2.1. When registering, the Participant must indicate and post accurate personal data, including names and photographs.

2.2. The Participant undertakes to:

- use the Site only for purposes that do not contradict the provisions of the Rules, the current legislation of Ukraine and the principles of reasonableness and morality;

- post any content on the Site exclusively in accordance with the terms of these Rules, not to post any content on the Site that may violate the rights and interests of third parties;

- when registering an Account, use exclusively accurate personal data, be responsible for the purity of this information from claims of third parties;

- inform the Site Administration about attempts of unauthorized access to the account, illegal use of their login or password, changes to account settings without their consent;

2.3. The Participant is prohibited from:

- using the Site to achieve illegal or prohibited goals by the Rules;

- contributing to or inciting religious, racial or ethnic hatred;

- posting on the Site calls for violent change of the constitutional order or seizure of state power; calls to change administrative borders and/or state border of Ukraine, violation of the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine and laws of Ukraine, calls to commit pogroms, arson, destruction of property, seizure of buildings, forcible eviction of citizens, calls for aggression, etc.;

- committing actions that violate the rights and freedoms, honor and dignity of any person;

- using profanity and hate speech, even if they are disguised as certain symbols (for example "*");

- abusing their rights, while threatening anyone, intimidating and/or insulting anyone;

- creating and/or distributing unsolicited email ("spam") among other participants or third parties;

- going beyond the pre-established topic of communication ("offtopic")

- abusing the placement of information that does not carry a semantic load ("flood");

- provoking, starting and/or supporting a verbal war that has nothing to do with the primary cause of the dispute;

- committing actions aimed at misleading other users;

- registering an Account on behalf of or instead of another person, without prior notification to the Site Administration. At the same time, registration of an Account on behalf of and on behalf of another individual or legal entity is allowed, provided that the necessary powers are obtained in the manner and form provided by the legislation of Ukraine;

- posting information (including any materials) that violates copyrights, rights to marks for goods and services, industrial property rights and/or rights to other intellectual property objects belonging to the Site Administration and/or third parties;

- posting information that violates the rights and legitimate interests of third parties (including posting photographs and videos, the main object of which is a person, if this person did not give consent to post a photo or video with their participation on the Site)

- posting materials of advertising, erotic, pornographic or offensive nature;

- using any computer programs for automated collection of information on the Site;

- carrying out illegal collection, systematization, storage or distribution of personal information of other users;

- attempting to gain access to another Participant's account by any means, including, but not limited to, through deception, abuse of trust, selection of login and password;

- posting computer viruses or programs capable of interrupting or disrupting the normal functionality of computer equipment and software, as well as telecommunications facilities of any persons;

- committing actions aimed at unjustified loading of large volumes of information and data on the Site, which prevent the Site from working and access to the Site by other participants, interfering with the Site's work process

- committing actions aimed at circumventing measures taken by the Site Administration to restrict the Participant's access to the Site.

2.4. Participant's Responsibility:

- The Participant independently bears responsibility for any use of information posted on the Site.

- The Participant independently bears responsibility to third parties for their actions or inaction when using the Site.

- The Participant undertakes to independently and at their own expense settle all possible claims of third parties related to the action or inaction of the Participant when using the Site.

- unless the participant proves otherwise, any actions performed using their Account and/or their login and password are considered to be carried out by this Participant.

2.5. Rights of the Site Administration:

- in cases of receiving justified complaints from other participants regarding incorrect behavior, the Site Administration reserves the right to block the participant's page.

- The Site Administration reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate the Participant's access to the Site if there are sufficient grounds to believe that the participant's personal data is incorrect or incomplete.

- in case of posting information or performing other actions that do not comply with the terms of the Rules, the Site Administration has the right, without notification, at its own discretion, to delete in whole or in part the information posted by the Participant, including information in respect of which it is difficult to determine its compliance with the Rules and/or current legislation.

- for violation of the terms of these Rules, the Site Administration has the right to block the Participant's access to the Site without prior notice and/or delete the Participant's Account.

- The Site Administration has the right to close or suspend the operation of the site or any part of it, change the Site in whole or in part without prior notice to the Participant.

- The Site Administration has the right to suspend the Participant's access to the Site in case of technical problems on the Site in order to eliminate them.

- in the event that the Participant deletes their Account, the Site Administration reserves the right to leave on the Site the content that was previously generated and posted by the Participant.

2.6. Responsibility of the Site Administration:

- The Site Administration is not responsible for the use by third parties of information, including, but not limited to, the participant's personal data (if they are openly available), posted on the Site, including its copying, reproduction and distribution, carried out both within the Site and by other possible means.

- The Site Administration does not compensate for damage, directly or indirectly, caused to the Participant or third parties as a result of use or non-use, including the inability to use the site.

- The Site Administration does not undertake to verify, change and control the information posted by anyone on the Site, does not guarantee and is not responsible for the accuracy of information, its legality, quality and compliance with specific requests and needs of site users.

3.1. The User agrees not to take actions that may be considered as violating Ukrainian legislation or international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the normal operation of the Site and Site services.

3.2. The use of Site materials without the consent of copyright holders is not allowed. For lawful use of Site materials, it is necessary to conclude license agreements (obtain licenses).

3.3. When citing Site materials, including copyrighted works, a link to the Site is mandatory and possible only after prior agreement with the Site Administration.

3.4. The User is warned that the Site Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site.

3.5. The User agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or incurred losses or damages related to any Site content, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external sites or resources or other contacts of the User, which they entered into using information posted on the Site or links to external resources.

3.6. The User accepts the provision that all materials and services of the Site or any part of them may be accompanied by advertising. The User agrees that the Site Administration does not bear any responsibility and does not have any obligations in connection with such advertising.

4.1. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

4.2. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as the establishment between the User and the Site Administration of agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations, or any other relations not expressly provided for by the Agreement.

4.3. Recognition by the court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or not subject to enforcement does not entail the invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement.

4.4. Inaction on the part of the Site Administration in case of violation by any of the Users of the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take appropriate actions later to protect its interests and protect copyright for materials protected in accordance with the law of the Site.

The User confirms that they have read all clauses of this Agreement and unconditionally accept them.
